Improves current production processes to manufacture products, using applicable methods and procedures. Develop work instructions, standard operating procedures, process workflows and OCAP’s. Transfers new products into production from a “design for manufacturability” approach. Participates in developing and maintaining documentation for processes and designs. Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience, judgment, and precedents. Understand manufacturing practices in semiconductor, ceramic environment is a plus. Designs arrangement of machines within plant facilities to ensure most efficient and productive layout. Execute Technical and analytical problem solving, using a structured methodology (PDCA, 8D, especially 3Leg/5Why, and KT) Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance is required. May need to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and additional hours as necessary. What is required for this role:4 year Degree in Engineering and/or 4-7 years of relevant experience in the Semiconductor industry Well-developed leadership skills that inspire and motivate others.
