    Job Requirements
  • Requested Skill Set: RN license
  • Must have: teamwork, compassion, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Advanced skills needed: Medical-Surgical experience (i.e., experience with various respiratory diseases/illnesses, renal disease, GI illnesses/diseases, tele, CVCs, indwelling catheters, heparin gtts, etc)
  • Procedures performed on unit
    Schedule Information
  • Scheduling requirements: 4 weekend shifts per 28-day schedule, fall into holiday rotation
  • Floating policy: Fall into rotation with other staff
  • Patient Experience requirements: 72% - utilizing communication boards
    Unit Specific Information
  • Number of Beds: 30
  • Patient Ratios: 1:6
  • Unit staffing description: Clinical Coordinators, Unit Secretary, PCTs, Case Management
  • Type of equipment: walkers, IV pumps, SCDs, etc
  • Documentation system: Meditech
  • Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please attach unit-specific policies and guidelines.
