Salary/Hourly Rate: $18/hr - $19/hr
Position Overview: As a Customer Service Associate, you will be providing assistance and resolving inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience over the phone and email.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate: - Assist customers in purchase orders, confirmations, and invoices.
- Organize and schedule shipping dates for clients and customers.
- Communicate effectively with customers in a professional manner via email and phone.
- Greet and sign-in visitors visiting the office. Update and maintain our customer base in SAP.
- Perform office duties such as organizing, filing, booking meetings, etc.
Qualifications for the Customer Service Associate: - Proficiency in the data entry system - SAP is preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- 2+ years of office customer service experience.
Education Requirements: - Bachelor's degree is preferred.
