Sales Associate to join their team!
Salary/Hourly Rate: $20/hr
Position Overview: The successful Sales Associate candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, achieving sales goals, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment. The Sales Associate assists in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts.
Responsibilities of the Sales Associate: - Greet and assist customers with their purchases and inquiries
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products/services
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer complaints and returns with professionalism
- Participate in sales training and team meetings
Qualifications for the Sales Associate: - Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and other retail software
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- A positive, can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow
Education Requirements: - High School diploma or GED is required
- College degree is preferred
