nResponsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

n - Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing information and assistance in a professional and friendly manner
n - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, promptly and accurately
n - Process customer orders, including order entry, tracking, and ensuring on-time delivery
n - Address and resolve customer complaints or issues, escalating to appropriate departments when necessary
n - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Production, and Shipping, to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
n - Maintain accurate customer records and update customer information in the CRM system
n - Provide product knowledge and technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting problems and offering solutions
n - Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and to gather feedback on our products and services

Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:
n
n - Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry
n - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
n - Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
n - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
n - Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite
