Our client, a leading packaging company, is seeking a Packaging Operator to join their team. As a Packaging Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Packaging Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be a team player, and have a problem-solving mindset which will align successfully in the organization.nnJob Title: Packaging OperatornnLocation: Laramie, WYnnDuration: 12+ Months contractnnDay Shift: 7:30am-4:30pmnnWhat's the Job?nnObtain correct type and quantity of containers for process order.nnLoad materials into semi-automated packaging equipment and prepare for shipment.nnApply labels to various containers using manual and semi-automated methods.nnCount weighed bottles and determine if quantity matches process order requirements.nnPulls samples for customers and/or quality control as required.nnComplete paperwork including tray tags, process orders.nnDocument process order for specific required data using Good Documentation Practices (GDP).nnComplete production logs.nnMaintain equipment, tools, and facilities in safe, clean environment.nnVerify and complete required paperwork and documentation.nnSet up, operate, and troubleshoot all automated labeling, sealing, and bagging equipment.nnDocument all processes on the packaging request. Document all damaged labels.
