Position Details: As an Escalations Representative, you will be responsible for addressing complaints and concerns from our private bank clients, who each have at least $10 million in assets. Your role includes:
n

Managing simpler complaints regarding service experiences, such as long wait times or process handling
n n- n
Reaching out to clients to acknowledge their concerns and conducting research as needed
n n- n
Providing sincere and genuine responses to clients
n n- n
Supporting various financial products excluding mortgages, including credit and debit cards, and savings accounts
n n
n
Qualifications:
n
n- n
Empathy: Ability to understand and relate to client concerns
n n- n
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with listening abilities
n n- n
Experience: 1+ year in customer service required; financial experience strongly preferred
n n- n
Soft Skills: Positive attitude, passion for helping others, and dependable support
