Review and manage customers' credit card profiles, payments, and accounts

Assist customers in understanding their balances

Handle 75-100 calls daily, with higher volume during early morning shifts

Transfer escalated calls as necessary

Ensure smooth warm transfers between departments.

Performance metrics include average handle time, QA scores, and weekly performance reviews with managers
