Customer Service Representative job details include:
- Pay rate: $18 - $20/hr.
- Schedule: 1st shift, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Essential functions:
Manage and process orders from various online platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, as well as those received via email, fax, or company website. Coordinate with the Shipping Department, update tracking information, handle Return Authorization requests, and respond to customer inquiries about products, repairs, and returns via phone, email, and chat. Perform general office duties, including assembling sales packets. Proficiency with Shopify is required, along with strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Bilingual abilities, especially Vietnamese, are a plus but not required.
Qualifications: 1-2 years of related experience. Requirements include order entry/mail order department.
