Follows-through on all HVAC installations to ensure prompt and accurate completion.nnPlan work, assigning tasks, prioritizing work, sets work schedules, provides quality controls and conducts on-the job training, as needed.nnDocument actions by completing records and installation paperwork.nnPerform a wide variety of installations of various HVAC systems, as well as accessories, in accordance with company requirements, manufacturer specifications, and local code.nnUnderstand the operating principles of HVAC systems, as well as work safety practices and general OSHA standards related to HVAC work.nnKnowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in the installation processing residential and light commercial buildings.nnPerform daily work duties associated with the trade with little to no supervision in the field.nnResponsible for delivery of excellent customer service and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction.nnEffectively communicates with customers, supervisors and co-workers as needed regarding questions, concerns, and problems. Promotes products and services to the customer.nnMaintain accurate accounting of inventory and maintains tools on his assigned installation vehicle.nnKeep workplace organized, neat, and cleannnOther duties as assigned.nnSuccessful Candidate Must Possess the Following Qualifications:nnPossession of a valid driver's license and good driving record.nnPossess great mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.nnMust be able to adapt to changing and growing work environment.nnMust be clean, maintain a professional appearance, and communicate well with customers.nnDemonstrated ability to read and understand technical instructions.nnExcellent communication and listening.nnKnowledge of equipment, tools and methods commonly applied in HVAC installations.nnAbility to learn in classroom and hands on.nnComputer knowledge and the ability to apply the necessary software tools, such as time keeping and scheduling.nnMust be punctual and adhere to a daily schedule with multiple appointments in different locationsnnThis position is considered a safety sensitive position, successful completion of a preemployment drug screen and background check is required.nnPaschal Home Services, DFW LLC provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type.
