Our downtown Fort Worth office has an immediate need for an experienced litigation associate, with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience. This associate will have the opportunity to be involved in cases of diverse subject matter and wide-ranging degrees of complexity.

The ideal candidate would have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be capable of handling all aspects of the litigation process including conducting written discovery, taking, and defending oral depositions, participating in hearings, preparing responsive pleadings and dispositive motions in addition to being responsible for case assessments regarding liability and damages, and management of client reporting.

The ideal candidate would also have exceptional legal research and writing skills and be capable of drafting complex motions, responses to motions, legal briefs, and complex analyses and status correspondence to clients and insurance carriers.
