I'm partnered with an AM Law 100 firm hiring Associates in Chicago. We're hiring for Mid-Senior Level Associates to join their Private Equity Group. You'll advise PE firms and their portfolio companies in matters including M&A, Leveraged Buyouts, Equity Investments & more.

Must have experience representing Public/Private Clients in M&A, PE/VC, Securities Offerings, Securities Law Compliance, and General Corporate matters.

The ideal candidate will have

• Substantial Law firm experience (3+ years) - PE focus
• JD - Admitted to Practice in the State of Illinois
