Overview: We from Russell Tobin, on behalf of our client in the banking and financial industry, are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct due diligence on new and existing Third Party Distributors and Intermediaries .
• Develop a strong understanding of the Firm’s Global Framework for Due Diligence .
• Lead the due diligence review process from initiation to agreement signing.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals during reviews.
• Assist with special projects, such as automation initiatives and the introduction of new business lines.
• Partner with the Sales organization to ensure a smooth distributor onboarding process from start to finish.
• Perform ad hoc tasks, including red flag reviews , dealer terminations , and report monitoring .

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience: 2+ years of industry experience in financial markets and products, client onboarding, CIP or KYC (highly preferred).
• Knowledge of financial markets and products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on client service .
• Ability to understand the structure of trading counterparts .
• Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player with excellent organizational skills.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.
