Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support to their organization. This role will be pivotal in ensuring that their products meet regulatory requirements and that the business operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage legal risks and provide strategic legal advice.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate a wide variety of commercial and healthcare-related agreements, including sales, service, licensing, distribution, and supply agreements.
• Provide general legal advice to senior leaders regarding FDA, marketing, and healthcare regulatory matters.
• Support compliance, litigation, employment, and data security/privacy issues.
• Collaborate with Research and Development (R&D), marketing, and sales teams to identify legal risks and provide proactive solutions.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• 3+ years of legal experience, having worked in-house at a pharmaceutical medical device, or healthcare company
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
