Production Manager

Amotec is conducting an Executive Search for a Production Manager to lead a high-performing, rapidly growing, manufacturing team in Solon, OH. The Production Manager will excel in operational efficiency, Lean, team leadership, quality, safety and compliance. Additional Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and increased efficiency in operations
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve production targets while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety
• Effectively manage resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize productivity and meet production schedules
• Ability to establish budgets, forecast production/goals, and drive teams to execute

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• AS in Engineering, Business or other related discipline is preferred
• Proven track record of developing and improving KPIs, SOPs and metrics
• Proficient in change management, communication and strategic management
• 3+ years of experience in high-speed packaging or dry processing manufacturing
• Bi-lingual is a strong plus
