Job Description:

The Operations Leader will manage communication within the Logistics, Parts, and RMA departments, ensuring high-quality customer service and effective support for team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service professionally.
• Ensure adherence to procedures for consistent support.
• Mentor team members and facilitate customer communication.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with departments to improve service.
• Foster continuous improvement and optimize processes.
• Manage individual and team KPIs with Supply Chain leaders.
• Conduct performance reviews and ensure accountability.
• Serve as the escalation contact for Logistics, Parts, and RMA.
• Oversee Quote to Cash and coordinate logistics.
• Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records.
• Use data analytics for decision-making and performance improvement.

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite preferred).
