Job Title: Production Manager

Salary: Up to $120,000
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the production process for fine jewelry, from sourcing materials, identifying suppliers, reviewing CADs to final product delivery.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement of materials and components.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet delivery deadlines and production targets.
- Oversee quality control procedures to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and product excellence.
- Collaborate closely with design, sales, and marketing teams to translate creative concepts into viable production plans.
- Optimize production workflows and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs while upholding quality standards.
- Train and supervise production staff to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate inventory replenishment as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends, materials, and techniques to inform production decisions and innovations.
- Conduct regular inspections of production facilities to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production management role within the fine jewelry industry.
- In-depth knowledge of jewelry manufacturing processes, techniques, and materials.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and craftsmanship excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software.
- Bachelor's degree in Gemology, Jewelry Design, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
