JOB SUMMARY:
The position will be tasked with the coordination and management of the learning management system which includes onboarding materials, courses, clients and groups.
JOB FUNCTION:
- Oversee Course and User creation on the LMS platform
- Work with the managing director to set up procedure guide for usage of the LMS
- Create and or assist in creating and optimizing graphics, images, and other visual elements for web use.
- Create and or assist in creating and optimizing content elements for web use.
- Upload and create Course and Product Pages
- Setup and Build Group pages as needed
- Onboard Users and Groups to our LMS
- Work with Bookkeeping to onboard BtoB customers and set up payment scheduling.
- Monitor support inquiries and respond to LMS related concerns.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- 4-year college degree required.
- Knowledge of LearnDash required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and social media channels preferred.
