We are looking for several dynamic Operation Coordinators in the Carmel Indiana area. Our client, who is a world known corporate travel organization is partnering with a global manufacturing facility, who will need Travel Operation Coordinators to support their team in Indiana. This role will be responsible for giving the white glove client service experience to their client.
The work hours are 9am-6pm, but must be flexible and may need to work a few hours on the weekend.
Tentative Start Date - 12/1/2024
This is a year long contract
What are the requirements-
- English and Korea bilingual preferred (all of their clients are Korean speaking)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize as required for optimum customer satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and vendors, and other team members.
- Ability to make decisions based on information available.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions within specified time frames.
- Possession of intermediate to advanced MS Office and general computer skills.
- Experience in hospitality industry or customer service industry is preferred
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Make reservations/modify/cancel (hotel, car, shuttle)
- Negotiate with vendors
- Intake of VOC, requests, comments and reflect them to improve service
- Provide general customer service
- Collection and maintain documents and assist in month end closing
- Performs other related duties as assigned
