We are seeking an experienced Attorney to join our legal team in Dallas, TX. While specific experience in business law is not required, the ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law and substantial first chair trial experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead trial proceedings and represent clients in court.
• Manage a variety of complex legal cases from start to finish.
• Provide counsel and develop legal strategies tailored to client needs.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as contracts and agreements.
• Advise clients on a range of legal issues, ensuring compliance and risk management.
• Work independently and handle multiple cases with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 5 years practicing law with trial experience.
• Proven experience as first chair in trials.
• Strong advocacy, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a large caseload and meet deadlines effectively.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing with the State Bar.
