What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or similar finance roles.

• Strong background in financial modeling, reporting, and variance analysis.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience managing large datasets.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or similar platforms.

• Ability to partner with operational leaders and provide financial insights.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to present complex data to senior management.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Analyzing financial data and providing key insights to drive operational efficiency.

• Assisting with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and monthly reports.

• Conducting in-depth financial analysis, focusing on revenue drivers and cost trends.

• Partnering with business leaders to communicate financial results and strategic insights.

• Supporting the month-end reporting process and preparing management presentations.

• Building financial models to assist in decision-making and long-term planning.

• Identifying areas for improvement in forecasting and reporting processes.
