LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a Consumer Products company to fill a temporary, open-ended Analyst position. This role will be a blend of financial analysis, sales/inventory analysis, and general accounting. This client is searching for someone that comes out of a another Consumer Products company with 2+ years of experience in an analytical capacity. Please read on for additional details..
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with expense forecasting and budget preparation
- Prepare budget to actual reports and present the variances to management
- Assisting with sales analytics and cost of goods sold analytics
- Monitor expenses and costs using Excel; preparing models
- Tracking and analyzing inventory
- Review financial statements and prepare cash flow projections
- Monitor expenses and costs using Excel; preparing models
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 2+ years of experience in some sort of Analyst role in Consumer Products, Publishing, Manufacturing, or Food & Beverage
Skills Desired:
- Advanced Excel skills required, modeling would be a plus but pivot tables/vlookups are most important!
- Strong written and verbal communication
Employment Type:
- Open-ended contract position (6+ month role)
Schedule:
- 9 - 5 PM, 35-40 hour work week
- 3 days in office, 2 days remote
