We're expanding our program offerings and are on the lookout for passionate Project Field Safety Professionals with construction and safety training expertise. Based in Connecticut, this role offers exciting travel opportunities and a chance to lead safety program implementations. You'll be managing tasks and projects, working on diverse and technically challenging health and safety projects for both large and small industrial clients. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to work on both new and retrofit construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct multiple audits and assessments at client locations for large compliance projects.
- Provide training for clients in our Training Center or at their facilities.
- Prepare and present assessment data for review by Industrial Safety Specialists and clients.
- Offer on-site health and safety compliance support at client facilities.
- Review and provide technical assistance on client health and safety programs.
- Develop and deliver client-specific training on health and safety topics.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, H&S Science, Occupational H&S, Health Sciences, or a related discipline (equivalent experience and training will be considered).
- Outreach Training Certification (Construction or General Industry) is a plus.
- Recent graduates to several years of safety compliance experience.
- Experience in developing, auditing, and/or maintaining corporate management industry standards (as a consultant or internal compliance officer).
- Familiarity with OSHA/EM385/MSHA/NFPA regulations.
- Strong MS Office & Google program computer skills, with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Forms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in delivering presentations, training, and writing comprehensive technical reports and standards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment, handle multiple project assignments, meet strict deadlines, and travel to client facilities as needed.
- Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time.
