Our law firm client is seeking an experienced Construction Defect Attorney to join their legal team. The successful candidate will handle complex construction defect claims, representing clients in disputes related to property damage, contract breaches, and faulty construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in construction defect cases, including homeowners, contractors, and developers.
• Conduct thorough case investigations, including reviewing contracts, building codes, and defect reports.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients in court as needed.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active California state bar license.
• 3+ years of experience in construction defect litigation or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of construction law, contracts, and building regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and litigation skills.
