Location: Global Headquarters in Pennsylvania


Position Summary: The Vice President of End-to-End Supply Chain will be responsible for the strategic direction and operational excellence of the global supply chain. This role requires a seasoned leader to manage a team of global supply chain directors, ensuring seamless coordination across all functions. The VP will play a crucial role in scaling the business, optimizing processes, and driving innovation in alignment with the company’s growth objectives. Approximately 20% global travel is expected.

Strategic leader:

  • Define and implement a comprehensive end-to-end supply chain strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and supports its growth trajectory.
  • Establish clear performance metrics and goals for the supply chain function, ensuring accountability and transparency.


Global Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of global supply chain directors, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure alignment of supply chain strategies across regions, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.


Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, production planning, and distribution, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and technology solutions to optimize the supply chain and reduce costs.


Innovation:

  • Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and commercial teams to support new product launches and scale operations in alignment with market demand.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance supply chain capabilities, improve product availability, and ensure timely delivery to customers.


Supplier and Partner Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and logistics partners, negotiating contracts that drive value and support innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, promoting ethical sourcing practices.


Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing insights and updates on supply chain performance and initiatives.


Global Travel:

  • Engage in approximately 20% global travel to oversee operations, meet with teams, and foster relationships with partners across regions, including North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of leadership in a global environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex supply chain challenges.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience leading large, diverse teams across multiple regions.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills, with a history of driving cost efficiencies and value creation.
  • Proficient in supply chain management software and data analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel globally as required to support operations and stakeholder engagement.
