Job Title: Inventory Control Specialist

Location: Elko, NV (HYBRID ROLE)

DIRECT HIRE

Pay Rate: $70,000/ Year

Role Description:

• Responsible for the inventory, planning, and scheduling of finished goods at multiple customer mine sites and coordinating the requisition and release of all finished goods to meet customer demand.

Skills:

• Managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
• General knowledge of supply chain management, inventory control, logistics and accounting
• Knowledgeable in Excel and Word applications, develop and use of excel spreadsheets.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently at an operating mine site laydown yard

Education/Experience:

• Associate degree is required; prefer bachelor’s degree in technical or financial field of study.
• 5-7 years of experience in planning, scheduling, and inventory control.

Operating Environment:

• Interacts with internal team members (Sales, Technical, Customer Service and external customers daily.
• Performing duties in an outdoor environment throughout four seasons.
• Performs tasks while wearing appropriate PPE for an operating mine site.
• Interacts with external vendors, and customer service contacts as required.
• Required to quickly make decisions with little or no direction, and effectively communicate plans of actions in a timely manner.
• Work from home & customer sites as required.
