You’ll be overseeing and advancing quality systems and processes, working closely with Operations and Engineering to ensure that food safety isn’t just maintained, it’s continually improved. From leading audits and managing regulatory compliance to developing sanitation and product safety programs, you’ll be the go-to leader, guiding your team and helping everyone work toward a shared goal of producing safe, high-quality food products.

If problem-solving is your strong suit and you’re comfortable leading from the front, you’ll fit right in. You’ll be the key point of contact for all things quality, providing solutions to issues before they arise and responding proactively to customer and consumer feedback. Your voice matters here, and you’ll be empowered to drive quality initiatives forward with support from a team that’s as dedicated as you are.

This role requires someone with solid experience in quality management, ideally 7+ years in quality and food safety, with proven leadership experience and familiarity with regulatory standards like HACCP, FDA, and GFSI.
