LOD/ Consilio is seeking a Collections Attorney to support our client . This is a contract opportunity that is Hybrid and Part-Time .

Georgia state bar required.

Job Details:

Location: Remote but will need to attend hearings in Georgia

Duration: 12+ months

Part-time: 24 hours a week - 8 hours/day on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays (this could evolve to be more flexible)

Start Date: December 2nd

Pay Rate: $55-65/hr

Ideal Candidate:

-2+ years of experience with collections cases.

-Experience working a high volume of matters is needed.

-Ability to first chair collections matters and attend hearings throughout Georgia.

-Georgia-specific experience preferred.

-GA State bar required.

Requirements:

-Must be actively licensed to practice law in Georgia State .

-Must be able to commute to various courts across Georgia.

-Capability to work with a larger team.

The hourly range for this position is approximately $55-65 per hour.
