Consilios is seeking a skilled Immigration Attorney to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will be a licensed attorney in the U.S. with significant experience in immigration law, particularly with National Interest Waivers (NIW) and EB-1 A/B visas for foreign nationals who possess extraordinary abilities or who are outstanding professors or researchers.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Attorney in the U.S.
• Significant experience with National Interest Waivers (NIW) and EB-1 A/B visas.
• At least one year of applicable business immigration experience.

Hours: 9-5:30 PT (while remote, must be able to work Pacific Time hours)

Start date: ASAP

Duration: through the end of 2024 with the possibility of extension
