Job Description

We are looking for an entry-level Supply Chain Analyst who should be self-directed and will use their passion for supply chain management to support the team by optimizing processes, tracking data, and improving efficiency.


Hire Type: Full Time on W2.

Title: Junior Supply Chain Analyst

Location: Texas, United States

Length: Long term

Compensation: $80,000-90,000/Year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in data entry and maintenance of supply chain databases.
  • Monitor stock levels and track inventory to ensure accurate records.
  • Help with order management, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Support the creation of basic reports on supply chain performance (e.g., order statuses, inventory levels).
  • Communicate with suppliers and vendors to assist with order tracking and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Assist with demand forecasting by collecting and organizing relevant data.
  • Help ensure that supply chain data is accurate, clean, and up to date.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of supply chain concepts and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
