Key Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience working exclusively in divorce and family law .
• Admission to the New York State Bar (Connecticut State Bar admission is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of New York family law statutes , regulations, and legal principles.
• Exceptional legal writing and case management skills, with the ability to handle 20+ complex cases simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented, empathetic, and compassionate in client interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in a range of matrimonial and family law matters , including uncontested and contested divorces, child custody, prenuptial/postnuptial agreements, and child support modifications.
• Prepare and draft legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date with ongoing professional development (CLE, firm workshops).
• Maintain the highest level of professionalism and client confidentiality in all interactions.
