Key responsibilities include defending and deposing medical experts and parties, handling court hearings, mediations, trials, and client meetings, and drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, and reports. The role also involves managing discovery responses and ensuring compliance with reporting guidelines.

• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing
