Job Title: Construction Litigation Attorney
Job Type: Full-time, Fully Remote
We are seeking an experienced Construction Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 3 years’ experience to join our team. With a substantial volume of large, complex construction litigation cases, our boutique size firm offers a unique opportunity to compete alongside big firms while charging lower rates. We are fully remote, with team members spread across various time zones. It is, however, ideal for the successful candidate to be able to work within the Pacific time zone. However, we are open to suitable candidates in other time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling complex construction litigation cases.
- Experience with governmental contracts is an added advantage.
- Conducting trial prep, brief writing, research, exhibit handling, and document review.
- Collaborate and manage workflow with paralegals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years (ideally 3-7 years) practicing as an attorney.
- Experience in Construction Litigation (not construction defect).
- Good academic credentials, however, we are open to applicants from law schools outside of the top 50.
