Our client, a leader in financial software is hiring a HR Systems Analyst to join their team in San Diego, CA!
**This is a 6-month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays**
As the HR Systems Analyst, you will collaborate with various business stakeholders to understand HRIS business requirements and translate/provide hands-on support to system configurations.
Responsibilities:
- Hands-on configuration of applicant tracking systems such as Avature or iCIMS
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of all Talent Acquisition processes and configurations
- Facilitate and assist with planning of requirements sessions to capture business and system requirements
- Support cross-departmental systems integrations including HCM, ATS, onboarding, and various talent acquisition systems
Desired Skills:
- Working experience in Talent Acquisition systems/HRIS
- Understanding of HR and IT business processes and how they impact HR systems
- Experience in integrating with third-party vendors
- Understanding of end-to-end impacts involving related talent acquisition processes such as requisition, interview, assessment, internal mobility, and offer
