Our client is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Support Manager to lead their dedicated technical support team.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience managing a technical support team and over 5 years of experience in help desk or technical support, particularly for executive-level clients. The candidate will ensure the delivery of outstanding "white glove" support to users while maintaining high standards of service excellence. Key Responsibilities :
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of technical support specialists to deliver outstanding service.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to enterprise technology, including PCs, mobile devices, and applications.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure technology solutions align with organizational needs.
