Our client, a leader in financial tax software , is looking to hire an HRIS Analyst. This role is fully remote and will align to the PST time zone.

As an HRIS Analyst you will be part of the hands-on technical configuration and implementation of an Applicant Tracking System. Ideal candidates have experience in Talent Acquisition Systems and bring an understanding of talent acquisition processes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Avature system configurations
- Facilitate and assist with planning of requirements sessions to capture business and system requirements
- Oversee integrations with internal and external platforms
- Provide training and support to users and business stakeholders
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of all Talent Acquisition System configuration processes
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ years of experience with ATS Implementation
- Working experience with Avature and iCIMS highly valued
- Prior experience in the Tech, FinTech, or SaaS industries highly preferred!
