About the Role:
Position: Contract Legal Specialist
Location: Redmond, WA
Summary:
- Performs a variety of complex administrative projects, with an emphasis on contracts administration for a department or a division, primarily related to a structured business process.
- Complete special projects as assigned. Review business contracts for data to be extracted, formatted and entered into business tools in conjunction with the contract stakeholders and /or after negotiated agreements are concluded.
- Draft agreements, kick-off projects with production, and manage relationships. Data entry into contract database.
- Responsible for contributing to process improvements, documenting best practices and maintaining key tools for the team.
- Organize workflow to effectively monitor documentation submitted through multiple departments. Coordinate contract reviews through meeting, conference calls and email.
- Serve as a point of contact to educate user community in the Contract Management & Compliance Process. Other duties as assigned.
Typical Day in the Role
• Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is operations team. The team works on supplier partner contracts for work for hire deals and Co development.
• Key projects: This role will contribute to Administrative, prepare standard SOWs, help with process development with tools and documentations.
• Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 10% meetings, 45% contract PMing (drafting it, then chasing different stakeholders who need to give input and then making sure it gets done on time), & 45% team tools and process development.

- Minimum 2+ years experience with SharePoint
- Minimum 2+ years experience with Contracts
- Minimum 2+ years experience with Program Management
- Minimum 2+ years experience with worked with legal
Salary Range: $ 72,000 - 82,000 Annually - Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
