Job Title: Transactional Attorney

Location: Boise, Idaho

Our client, a fast-growing law firm that prioritizes exceptional client service, is seeking a skilled and motivated Transactional Attorney to join their team. The firm allows attorneys to focus on legal work rather than business development, with lower billable hour requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three (5) years of experience in transactional law.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Idaho state bar.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent research and communication abilities.
• Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Team player with a willingness to learn and delegate tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on transactional matters and develop effective execution strategies.
• Draft and negotiate contracts that protect client interests.
• Represent clients in real estate transactions and disputes, including mediation and arbitration.
• Advise on regulatory compliance, including zoning and environmental laws.
• Assist with business entity formation and corporate governance.
• Help clients navigate business transactions like sales and mergers.
• Proactively prevent litigation and ensure compliance with laws.
• Manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
