Calling all litigation associates looking to make a move! A great law firm is looking for a litigation attorney to join its team. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated passion for litigation and a strong desire to participate in all phases of commercial litigation - motion practice, discovery, courtroom appearances, etc. Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills, plus an ability to work independently is a must.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Currently admitted to the Washington State Bar, or able to waive in promptly.
• 3-6 years of commercial/business litigation experience.
• Experience drafting motions and pleadings, handling legal research, legal analysis, discovery, taking/defending depositions, and courtroom experience.
• Clerkship preferred, but not required.
• Ability to proactively identify key legal issues.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong communication, analytical, legal writing, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, with an ability to meet deadlines. Detail oriented and well organized.
• Highest standards of ethics and professional integrity.

Compensation Range & Benefits

• $165,000 - $200,000
