Our firm is seeking a skilled Associate Attorney with a focus on commercial litigation to join our Tampa office. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in litigation, strong research and writing skills, and the ability to manage complex commercial cases. This role requires collaboration with senior attorneys and clients, providing an excellent opportunity to develop litigation skills in a dynamic legal environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle all phases of litigation, including case assessment, discovery, pre-trial motions, trials, and appeals.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and client meetings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Work closely with senior attorneys on case strategy and litigation tactics.
• Maintain case files and document progress in case management software.

Qualifications :

• Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial litigation
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
• Detail-oriented, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
