Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and file briefs, motions, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in federal court for commercial litigation cases.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies.
• Manage all phases of the litigation process, including discovery, trial preparation, and trial.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in Michigan.
• Proven experience in commercial litigation, particularly in federal court.
