We are a well-established full service law firm seeking a highly experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney with 10+ years of experience and significant trial experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling and litigating personal injury cases through trial and securing favorable outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a high-volume caseload of complex personal injury cases from inception to resolution, including preparing cases for trial .
• Represent clients in court, including taking cases to trial , conducting depositions, hearings, and mediations.
• Develop and implement legal strategies that align with clients' best interests.
• Collaborate with support staff and junior attorneys to ensure thorough case preparation and efficient case handling.
• Provide exceptional client service and maintain open, clear communication with clients throughout the litigation process.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar (relevant jurisdiction).
• 10+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation.
• Demonstrated trial experience with a successful track record of obtaining favorable verdicts.
• Strong litigation and advocacy skills, with the ability to manage cases independently.
• Excellent negotiation, legal writing, and oral advocacy skills.
