Allied Resources is looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead and guide efforts in maintenance operations, equipment reliability, and in compliance with regulatory standards. This direct position provides a salary up to $180k, strong EOY bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage daily production operations, addressing potential issues to minimize downtime while ensuring production and quality goals are met.
• Work closely with production, engineering, and procurement to coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring alignment with operational needs and minimizing production disruptions.
• Develop and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans to minimize downtime and ensure operational reliability.
• Lead capital projects for equipment upgrades, installations, or facility improvements while effectively managing the maintenance budget to ensure cost-efficient operations.
• Hold daily safety meetings, reinforce safety practices, and ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, EPA, NFPA, and other regulatory standards.

Qualifications :

• 10+ years of Manufacturing industry experience required.
• Bachelor's in Engineering or related technical discipline required.
• Certification in Lean manufacturing principles preferred.
• Fundamental mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment problems preferred.
