RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities for this job include, but are not limited to: - Answer 40 + incoming calls per day.
- Document information and place orders in a computer system
- Paid Training to become a Child Passenger Safety Tech (CPST)
- As a CPS Tech, opportunity to provide car seat installation instruction with consumers via Video Installation Appointments
- Advancement over time to:
- Answer incoming consumer emails.
- Answer Live Chats
- Respond to Social Media inquiries and reviews.
- Continuous learning is required (by way of emails, training sessions, reviewing instructions, etc.)
- Work from home after training (approximately 2 Weeks)
SKILLS: Candidates should possess the following skills/knowledge: - Excellent typing, written, verbal and communication skills.
- Grammar and spelling excellence is required.
- Previous experience answering consumer questions/consumer reviews on Social Media platforms very helpful.
- Bright, friendly, enthusiastic, positive team player takes direction and constructive feedback with a positive attitude.
- Punctual and able to adhere to a schedule.
- Able to sit for long periods of time.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS - High school diploma or equivalent; related experience and/or training.
- College a plus
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE - Previous call center experience preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS - Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery such as copy machine, computer printer, phone / headset throughout the business day.
