Income Annuities Operations Analyst
- 1-3 years of previous experience in annuities, contracts, beneficiaries and benefits changes on income annuity policies.
- Advanced excel experience required.
- Attention to detail and researching skills
- Previous financial or insurance experience is highly desirable.
- Quick learner and has advanced skills for complex transactions.
- Computer literate and can follow process and procedures well.
- Advanced computer skills.
Role Functions:
- Will be operational in nature
- Will be receiving and reviewing forms for good order.
- Will be processing requests in the system
- May be writing letters to customer
- Will be ensuring calculations are correct prior to submission to internal departments
