Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and process sales orders in MRP system, ensuring accuracy and timely input.
• Track and trace orders, following up with internal teams to confirm order status and address any delays.
• Provide proactive updates to customers on order status; collaborate with sales and order entry teams to relay accurate information.
• Perform essential administrative tasks, including collecting and entering customer documents, order details, and account updates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and engagement.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any complaints, reaching out to gather necessary account information and provide timely resolutions

Qualifications:

• Obtained Bachelor's Degree
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite with a strong aptitude for quickly learning new systems and technologies
• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in team environments
