Responsibilities:
WORKING WEEKENDS IS REQUIRED!All positions require you to work a minimum of one or both weekend days, with two days off during the week.
You'll be responsible for coordinating deliveries of appliances, patio furniture, lawn mowers, and more for major retailers in the local area, ensuring seamless service.This role involves inbound calls, data entry, and providing excellent customer service with drivers, customers, and other field personnel and stakeholders.
- Receive inbound calls
- Perform accurate Alpha/Numeric Data Entry
- Read a Map to efficiently schedule local deliveries
- Communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in writing
- Monitor and track deliveries, addressing any issues that may arise quickly
- Maintain compliance according to company policies and relevant laws & regulations
- Perform problem solving skills for various situations such as, traffic delays, vehicle breakdowns or other scheduling conflicts
- Team collaboration: Work closely with drivers, customers, suppliers, other logistics coordinators and supervisors
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Perform multitasking skills: answering multiple lines while using multiple computer programs and multiple monitors and coordinating actions required to ensure the best service
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM

- Type 35+ WPM & 9,000+ KSPH with 95% or better accuracy (testing provided)
