Percentage of work: 15.4761
Schedule: 11:40-12:45 Monday to Friday
THE RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure a vigilant presence in the school to guarantee compliance with rules and student safety, by making regular rounds, intervening if necessary and reporting any anomalies.
Act as a point of contact for students and visitors, guiding them and providing clear information on school regulations.
Help students in need of extra support in a caring manner, whether for eating in the cafeteria, getting dressed, or getting around.
Work closely with the educational team to ensure that student activities run smoothly and are supervised, and that the necessary resources are available.
Intervene effectively in conflict resolution, provide first aid and contribute to safety in case of emergency, in collaboration with the disciplinary team, if necessary.
Manage room reservations, locker allocation and equipment monitoring.
Actively participate in absence control according to established procedure and manage student attendance data.
Use IT tools to carry out administrative tasks and monitor activities, as required.
Performs all other related tasks.
Hold a 5th year high school diploma or an attestation of studies with recognition of equivalence.
Possess one (1) year of relevant work experience favoring the development of a personal discipline, a basic understanding of psychology or human relations skills.
Have a good command of spoken English and a working knowledge of French.
Hold a valid first aid certificate.
