The Role:
Our client is seeking a Senior Project Architect with exemplary leadership skills and a clear vision for the future of architecture. With 10+ years in the industry, this role invites you to guide projects from inception through completion, mentor a dynamic team, build client relationships and set a standard of excellence. Your Key Responsibilities:
Drive design with innovative, practical solutions across diverse, high-profile projects, setting the standard for creative and operational excellence.
Manage projects from concept to construction, showcasing your leadership and creativity at every stage.
Work alongside principals, associates, senior architects, and interns fostering a culture where everyone’s strengths shine.
Mentor junior architects, foster skill growth, and create an environment of support and learning
Take an active role in client relations and construction administration, ensuring clear and effective coordination.
Stay ahead of trends, bringing fresh ideas and inspiring the team to leverage the latest technologies.
Develop, review, and maintain architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documents to the highest standards.
Embrace industry trends and bring fresh perspectives to the design process.
Build strong client connections, create impactful presentations, and convey design concepts with confidence.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring smooth execution and optimal use of resources.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Registration as an architect with AIBC
10+ years of professional experience with an impressive, diverse project portfolio.
Progress towards or achievement of architectural licensure preferred.
Skilled in Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
Proven experience managing projects from concept through completion.
Exceptional communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
A deep commitment to architecture and a drive to make a lasting impact.
