Job Description Job Description Seeking an Assistant Property Manager (Offsite) with strong leasing skills for an amazing 186-unit property in Glendale, just moments away from the Glendale Galleria and Americana at Brand. Excellent opportunity for advancement. Compensation Includes: $22.00- $24.00 per hour/ 40 hours Earn leasing commission $100 per new lease and $50.00 per renewal. $25.00/ month cell phone allowance Responsibilities Include: Ensuring the seamless daily operation of the property. Assist with Fiscal management of asset. Drive leasing and marketing efforts on various platforms and social media Overseeing resident relations. Assist with supervising team members and vendors. Ensuring compliance with safety policies. Ensuring on-time collection and deposit of rents. Conducting unit and property inspections, managing marketing, assessing vacancies, and showcasing units to prospective residents. Handling the service of notices and all aspects of day-to-day property management. Ensuring compliance with housing laws, rules, and regulations. Preparing and submitting weekly reports. Assisting with responsibility for the property and its resident activities and programs. Qualifications Include: A minimum of 4 plus years experience managing Class A property. Proficiency with Yardi Voyager is essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills. The ability to effectively supervise team members and vendors. Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office. Proven ability to market and lease apartments. Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills. Must be available to work one weekend day per week. Knowledge of the Glendale area is a plus.
